3RD ANNUAL MUSTANG GOLF INVITATIONAL

Marymount held its 3rd Annual Mustang Golf Invitational fundraising event on Thursday, October 8, 2009. Parents, grandparents, friends, faculty, staff and alumni gathered at the Glen Annie Golf Club for fun, games, and our own Marymount community celebration.

Nearly 75 golfers hit the links, and many other Marymount friends and family members joined in later for a buffet dinner, silent auction, and raffle. Event Co-Chairs John Gomez, Don Gragg, and Steve Tetherow along with the dedicated golf committee collaborated to make the event a winning one. The Mustang Golf Invitational netted approximately $20,000 with funds benefiting Marymount athletic programs. Many awards were presented included longest drive, closest to the pin, putting contest, 1st and 2nd place gross and net.
